CELEBRITY DIETS
Any diet labeled a Celebrity Diet simply means that a celebrity supports or recommends it. Most of these diets promise to help dieters lose weight fast.
Quickly losing weight isn’t necessarily a good diet feature. This means that meal plans consist of low calories and low carbohydrates, which will result in lost weight but not permanently. No Celebrity Diet will result in long-term results.
Celebrities are great spokes models to raise awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, but it is not a good idea to follow their personal dieting advice. That is better left for the nutritionist. That is not to say that all celebrity diets are bad, but they simply may not match your lifestyle and body needs. It is important to remember that most celebrities enlist the help of chefs and trainers in addition to the diet.

Premise and Guidelines: The guidelines given by celebrity diets often follow bizarre and strange patterns. Each diet will usually focus on one food item, such as grapefruit, but this is just a disguise for a very low calorie diet. Many times, these diets are fads and will not promote long-term results.
