The Change One Diet was created by the editors at Reader’s Digest. This diet plan is strictly an online program and focuses on changing one aspect of your life each week.

Premise and Guidelines: The Change One Diet comes with a 7 day meal plan, recipes and fitness suggestions. Although the program is strictly online, participants are encouraged to swap recipes and fitness ideas, creating an online support group. Each week, participants are encouraged to change one aspect of their lifestyle and one aspect of their eating habits.

The idea is to start small and work your way up into a fully healthy lifestyle. Each change that occurs is to stick throughout the program. A new lifestyle and eating change will be added each of the following weeks. There is no set duration of this plan, so participants can choose how much they wish to change their life.
