Denise Austin, known as the queen of aerobics teamed up with a registered nutritionist to create Denise Austin's Fit Forever Program. As the name states, the focus is on maintaining long-term health and weight-loss by incorporating exercise and a balanced low-fat plan. Dieters who find it difficult to stick to a regimented meal plan may find success with Austin’s plan. Naturally, there are accompanying workout videos that support the plan.

Denise's plan consists of three options depending on your weight loss needs. there are no eliminated food groups, but fat reduction is a stipulation of the plan. Since the plan was developed by a registered nutritionist, the meals are balanced and healthy. They are also categorized into different caloric values to accommodate your specific weight loss goals.
Austin took the helm when it came to developing the exercise program and videos. Regardless of the level of fitness, there is an appropriate routine and video to accompany your diet. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced exercise options are all available to the dieter. Now there are no excuses for not working out! The workout component is not overly strenuous, and consists of a five minute warm-up, 20-45 minutes of cardiovascular work, 15 minutes of resistance exercises and a cool down for 5 minutes.
Denise’s fitness empire includes a line of exercise videos, exercise equipment, skincare and finally a weight-loss diet. It seems like a natural progression from a personality that has lived her philosophy about health to great benefit. The diet is easy enough to follow and includes basics that anyone can participate in- watching portion sizes and eating lots of fruits and vegetables.
