SMART TECHNIQUE
The Smart Technique is a CD audio program that focuses on changing ones behavior toward eating and fitness. It is based on a ‘Behavior Typing Questionnaire’ that encourages listeners to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Each listener has a unique behavior type, and depending on the participant’s type, their body will respond to certain questions.

Premise and Guidelines: The Smart Technique uses Compact Discs to nix old habits and encourage new ‘thin’ behaviors. No physical fitness is involved and consists strictly of cognitive exercises. The audio program also includes ‘accelerator exercises’, cognitive exercises to target dieting issues and support. Participants do not follow any set diet plan, rather listeners will want to follow a healthier diet and workout more frequently. The program lays the ground work for a healthier lifestyle resulting in listeners realizing that eating unhealthy foods only contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle.
These 30-minute CDs are to be listened to every day for ten days. The program will tap into the participants unique behavior type and replaces poor eating habits with healthy habits. Participants should notice themselves following a healthier nutrition regimen after completion.
